She's a runner!

 Finally, after 2 months of solid work, the Type 6 is a runner at last!

 It's been an intense couple of months, and last night we were rewarded with the the perfect culmination. Andre was fittingly there to be the first person to cause the V8 Type 6 to move under it's own power. We still have some tidying up to do, but listen to it run and see it move at these links!

I drove the car as well and we do have a serious problem with rear Tyre Traction. Andre pulled off in 3rd gear once and didn't realise it until he fully let the clutch out. There is just so much torque to play with, and that sexy growl of the Lexus motor is just knee trembling. 

Today is the big reveal of the Type 6 to the larger public and then I'm taking a few weeks off with family. I wish you all a very peaceful and safe festive season, and I look forward to making your dream come true in the New Year.
